Honey badger also known as ratel is actually a mammal extensively dispersed in Africa, Southwest Asia and the Indian subcontinent. They get their title from their fondness for feeding on honey and honeybee larvae. They also eat insects, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals, together with roots, bulbs, berries, and fruits. Honey badgers hunt by
